No celebration of ours would be complete without a homecooked meal! And so, we tried our hands at omurice woohooo~!
I find this version easier as we just needed to top the rice (stir-fried with tomato ketchup) with fluffy scrambled eggs instead of the other version where u had to wrap the rice in the omelette itself~
We were inspired by ma maison's beef stroganoff butter rice's presentation but we substituted the beef with good old chicken!
