I've been having so many of Mum's dumplings these few days! Mum made both bak zang (meat dumpling) and kee zang (with red bean filling)~
Mum was almost done with the wrapping when i got home after school and lunch with Baby on saturday:
It's always the bak zang for me! Dun really like kee zang~

yes! the dumplings are made from glutinous rice which becomes sticky after cooking!

Wow, i missed homemade dumplings! My grandma used to make them, but now she'd stopped making alrd. And no one managed to master her recipe :X
