Aren't they precious?! I especially like the orangutan on the far left with its tongue sticking out - so cute!!
I imagine that's what the horse must be thinking and really wanted to say when Baby and I stood there ogling at its beauty for quite a while~

We ordered hakka buffet for last year's Mother's Day! There were hits and misses but their 算盘子 (a hakka delicacy in which the main ingredient is yam - the name loosely translated to "abacus" coz of the shape resemblance) was especially bad~

Bro and I brought Mummy to Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe on another day for our own little Mother's Day celebration!
I feel the sudden urge to blog today! If there's anyone who still comes by here, I am sorry that I have been on a self-imposed hiatus for the longest time! I still love my food, but somewhere along the way i kinda lost the motivation to blog - or maybe it's just plain old laziness!
My food pics have been building up to a ginormous amount and I figured it's time to start backtracking them - I can't wait to blog about my Oklahoma trip last December!
Hiddy said she'd send me some (chemical-free) homemade soap samples which came along with all the homemade soaps she purchased online some time back and here it is!:

Hiddy, thanx for the extra full-sized soap bars and the wooden soap dish! ^_^ The soaps smell delicious enough to eat and I still can't bear to use them!
I've been wanting to try the icing room for the longest time! I thought it was a cool idea to let us decorate our own cake; gives it more meaning~ Baby and i went down to jurong point for this even though we didn't need a cake for anything haha~

Looks very juvenile, i know haha~ The frosting cream wasn't very fresh, they were kind of watery. That's why we used more of the gel ones~
